The CX-game® is a board game that raises awareness of customer experience in all its facets. You play against each other in different teams and complete questions and tasks under time pressure. You play the game under the guidance of a facilitator who inspires, judges, and keeps an eye on the clock. The stakes? To collect as many happy customers as possible, of course!
A word about the origins of the Customer Experience Game®
The CX Game® was developed by Blommaberg, the company of Nienke Bloem & Babs Asselbergs . Thanks to a partnership with customer focus expert Els Dhaeze, we have been able to use this concept for several years.
As of January 2026, Customerry is the official partner for the Customer Experience Game® in Belgium.
