Is this program right for me?
The Customerry Academy is essentially suitable for anyone who wants to learn more, in plain language, about how to improve the customer experience within their company. From when can I get on board?
The doors of the academy open in early 2025. Register on the waiting list first, because that way you get the first chance to join.
When do all sessions take place?
The schedule for 2025 is not yet final. A new module goes online every Monday. On Thursdays between 12 and 1 pm, there is a weekly Q&A session to discuss your questions and challenges. We schedule 1-on-1 sessions and workshops for hybrid tracks together, based on your schedule. The live day takes place in the Mechelen / Leuven region.
